The Andrus book on cut-out optical illusions was published in Japan, called "Wink Magic." Not sure of the year, but it was in the 1990s, I think. Unfortunately his Wikipedia entry doesn't list the book, though they do show up on eBay once in a while.

A treasure in my library is "Wink Magic" inscribed to me by Jerry Andrus, a gift many years ago from the head Genii. It's from 1994. The optical illusions are printed on one side of the page only, and in color.
