Here is a quick analysis of the recent Klosterman auction held by Potter & Potter (to the best of my meager abilities). This is based on the results currently available on the Live Auction site, and not any published hammer prices that might be forthcoming. It does not include the Buyers Premium. (Also, in a departure from previous ones I have done, the delta percents I used confused and upset some folks [negative numbers have a way of doing that] so this shows a straight percentage of hammer price versus low and high estimates.)
352 Lots
23 Lots Passed
Total Low Estimate (all lots): $108,295
Total High Estimate (all lots): $152,765
Total Hammer Price Realized: $136,945 (126% of L/E: 90% of H/E)
Top Selling Lot / Dollar Value: #39 Conjuror Musical Automaton
L/E: $12,000 / H/E: $15,000 / HP: $13,000 (108% of L/E: 87% of H/E)
Top Selling Lot / % of L&H/E: #280 Max Malini Advertising Booklet
L/E: $200 / H/E: $400 / HP: $4,000 (2000% of L/E: 1000% of H/E)
I do hope, since I made it clear that I would be happy to accept it as a gift, that the buyer of Lot 280 knows how to contact me!

No, but I'm curious (after all, I'm not above begging...)
