New Al Schneider book coming soon!

Postby Jim Sisti » May 20th, 2011, 5:15 pm

I had a chance to look through the new Al Schneider book and all I can say is, "Wow!"

Great theory and a wonderful assortment of effects, all extensively illustrated with photographs. Some of the material has never seen print before and what has ("Matrix," for example) has been totally rewritten.

This is one for the top shelf. Details are here.

It should be a great book. You'd think they'd be able to be more specific about the contents since it's supposed to ship next month.

The book is big as all hell.

A few more pages and Al could have been in a dead heat with Stewart James but all muscle magic.

How do you guys know all this?
I feel like I just sent the book yesterday.
Then I crashed.

I have been writing for the past year.
Writing a book on physics.
A few months ago I had a conversation with Louis of L&L.
He wanted a collection of my stuff.
I put together a table of contents and sent it to him.
He said OK and I got started.
Had I done that material the book would have been 4 times larger.
My eyes are bigger than my stomach.
I had to cut material I dearly love.
The result is that this book contains not only the material that is my best, it is the material I love.
If asked to choose one I could not.
The most hot is Stargate. I have spent 30 years on coins across.
I think this is as good as it gets.
Three coins travel from hand to hand.
Do it slow. They won't see a thing.
Do it again. They will be fooled even more.
The strange thing is the handling is simple.
It uses the Pop Up Move.

Anyway, I don't even know why I am reading this forum.
I had nothing to do and couldn't sleep so I typed in my name for giggles.
This popped up.
This is really weird.

I do like the attention.

Well, I'll get back to cruising You Tube for lectures on physics.
That's what I have been doing lately.

All the best.
