This is great news. I have never met Rick but saw him headline the Blackpool Convention some years back. He was superb. As an aside I am close friends with the stage crew for the Blackpool convention and they said out of all the stars they have had on over the last number of years he was one of the nicest, most decent and easy to work with it.

I can second the " nice guy" rep Rick has. I spent some time with him during a video shoot that he participated in. We visited him at his house in Vegas which is part magic museum, part mansion and part animal sanctuary.

It was great to hear stories of how he developed certain presentations he uses on stage.

Ok... Just got off the phone with Rick to make sure that he was okay with me moving the schedule forward..

I mentioned Tuesday as that is the day of the official announcement from the Sahara. The story leaked early and there was a bit of a hoopla over that within the PR department. That being the case, I have been holding my interview with him to honor that date.

Now that the word is totally out, I'll release it Monday!

I've appreciated his skills on many levels. I've seen some of his " behind the scenes" work but to hear him in that interview makes me think he should lecture from time to time. More people need to speak like he does. He nailed it!
