What a d*****bag! $49.99 for instructions on how to print your own copy of a pirated work and he has 100% positive feedback. That's just double wrong.

The way I read it is that he is offering access to an uploaded *pdf of a scanned copy, likely on some .ftp site that the "winner" may print out on his/her computer printer.
What the seller is also doing is offering to sell the buyer an opportunity to conspire in the theft of copyrighted material and become an accessory after the fact to the crime ;)
If this listing was reported to eBay, they likely would have given the complaint a nanosecond or two investigation before round filing it.
If someone was selling authentic snuff films on eBay and was reported for doing so; eBay would quash any actions against the seller based upon their decision that such films have redeeming social value and that the 1st Amendment protected the sale and eBay's revenues derived thereof.

And once again a seller is granted permission by eBay to give the finger to the intellectual property of others!
Funny...the only person who could ever receive consistent, practically instantaneous, "corrective action" from eBay VERO was Jeff Busby...evidently he had the ear of someone on the "inside."[/size]
