Thanks to Richard Kaufman for the PM. Also thanks to Dick Hatch, who sent me an email.
It feels strange to me to be the subject of a thread like this, what with me being highly (I almost said "pathologically") introverted.
I had to laugh at the reference to David Copperfield. I suspect that the chances of him having ready access to my contact information are hovering right around zero, since I've never had any contact with him.
