Does anybody have any information of where I might find the two volumes by Jack Goldstein? In particular Volume 2

I know this is an old post so you may already be sorted. I bought volume 2 of Deceptions From A Daypack from Lulu. I’m not sure if it’s still available as I think this was a limited edition. I really enjoyed the book, not just for the effects but I thought the writing style was so different.

I’ve tried everywhere to find volume 1 but with no luck. If you track it down, I would appreciate if you could post a link to it, as I would like the full set.
