PM replies not working?

I have attempted to reply to a PM under 'my stuff' but when I click the 'submit' button the screen goes blank and freezes. Is this a known problem?

Yes. PM reply has not worked for quite some time.

Phil--
The PM function busted long ago and the folks at Genii haven't fixed it.
Just start a new message from scratch if you want to reply to someone. DO NOT hit the Reply button.

Unfortunately we cannot fix it, its a vendor issue and they have not been able (willing?) to fix it in the almost two years that its been a problem. I addressed it and the work-around in this announcement:
