Little sachet of glue for needle thru arm

I remember seeing recently a way to put the glue on for needle thru arm that was a packaged thing that looked like an alcohol wipe, but was in fact glue. Brilliant idea. I want some, but my Google game is weak today. Anyone know what I am talking about?
