Customer service from Genii.

Postby Ramon Maronier » October 28th, 2009, 1:22 pm

Hello,

would like to say that I had recently some very good experience with the customer service from Genii.

Not the most 'hip' thing to start a topic about but these things matter a lot when you order from far, far away.
So, thanks so much again!

Hi,
Helsinki, Finland.
We are approaching winter here and it feels further, further away from anywhere the darker it gets.
I will spare everybody the details but;
There was an address change, I did not inform this early enough, and after waiting for 2 issues/ months I contacted Genii/ Margret and asked her if she knew if the issues were already sent and where to, 1 week later I had both issues in the mailbox of the new address.
Nice.
Couldn't find a Genii service Topic anywhere so I thought I post this.
( sounds like I'm getting soft and this might be so, I even tried to attach a 'posting icon'.. what is wrong with me? )

I'm not sure who took my subscription request on the phone this morning, but she was very nice and pleasant to talk to. A very nice change from the last company I called an order in to--"Whaddya want?!?? I'm busy, call back!" *click* Yoiks.
Not affiliated in any with with MagicBunny, but I live with Bean, the Clairvoyant Rabbit.

There are only three people here: Margret, my wife, and me. Margret usually answers the phone and takes all orders, but sometimes I do if she's not available.

I have always had good experiences when communicating with anyone from Genii. There's a ton of companies that could learn a few lessons in customer service from those 3.
