I guy I am teaching just sent me this link asking if it looked legit to me.
It doesn't at all.

Looks like unauthorised/credited downloadable PDFs. But I could be wrong. Anyone else have an opinion?

Oh cool. I thought the domain was too 'good' for it to be fake/knock offs.
Thanks.
Thanks.

They sell both public domain manuscripts that they've converted to PDFs, and they also sell their own manuscripts. Some of their own are improvements to classics, and some are original tricks.
They also like to provide you with PDF templates that you can print out and use in the routine. Their version of Mental Epic, "EpiCard" is quite nice. Their DaVinci Code book test is not so great.

From time to time they send links to free PDF downloads to those on their mailing-list.
I've got Annemann's Strange Secrets, Audley Walsh's Magician's Dream, and Eddie Joseph's Astral Diviner, to name just three, courtesy of this service.

Their update of Sam Berland's classic WizTax booklet is quite good, using glue dots instead of wig tape.
