does anyone know why there is never anyone in the ultimatmagic chat, i was often there a few years ago.

Howdy. Magictalk.com has a chat associated with it and it is often very active, depending on when you are there. The Euros that come on usually are on in the morning their time, which is pretty late at night here in the states, but folks will be on line. There are some excellent magicians that go on there (not me, I suck and don't know anything), some that are rather well known for their contributions.
