May Issue of Genii In the Mail!

Postby Richard Kaufman » April 13th, 2008, 11:02 am

Sometime in the coming week, folks should start receiving our May issue with Patrick Martin on the cover. It also includes an article on Charles Fort by Jim Steinmeyer, as well as a brief excerpt from his book on the subject (which is receiving excellent reviews from library journals across the country). There's also an article an the magic bar Illusions in Baltimore.

Received in SW Virginia on Saturday, May 12th! Just had a chance to browse through it and it looks like another excellent issue. Nice to see coverage of a new magic venue in my old hometown...I'll have to stop by next time I'm in Baltimore.

Does this issue have the interview with Colin Rose discussing his business, Five of Hearts Magic?

Mine showed up in Seattle this afternoon, as well. Jamy's review of the upcoming David Regal book has my mouth watering.

I received May issue on April 11. I received April issue today (4/16).

Go figure. It's always worth the wait.

Burbank hates Genii. I get it three years after everyone else. Still hasn't reached Southern Califoria either, Don.

Thanks Richard for the magic-themed jar opener.
I think it could also be used as a mouse pad.

(Not as nice as the Jay Marshall one, tho')
