Website Easter Egg Contest in Current Genii
Sharp-eyed reader Dave Nelson just brought to my attention that one of the website addresses in the big contest in the April issue of Genii where you have to search for Easter Eggs Hunt isn't correct. Kidabra.com is actually Kidabra.org.

UPDATE: Just double checked this and you can use either www.kidabra.com OR www.kidabra.org.

Richard - Before the nit-pickers start to complain after I have won the entire pile of prizes, your "Official Contest Rules" may have a slight error in them, unless you are purposely trying to misdirect some of us out here in subscription land.
The "Official Contest Rules" include the statement, "...visit each site's main page..." A few of the web sites on the postcard are not the "main pages" of the web sites, but are actually subpages or interior pages.
I hope I haven't created a big problem here but I want to send my postcard in and await an official ruling.

I didn't create the contest, write the rules, and am not responsible for any of that. It is organized by Creative Magic.

As a computer neophyte, I've heard about these "Easter Eggs" for quite some time. That said, and baring my soul, how do you look for them. Some of us older xxxx's need help every now and then.

In this case, simply look for an actual image of a decorated egg. It will be hiding in plain site somewhere on each of the websites.

Also http://findatrick.com/ is not yet up and running. We'll all need to check back in April for that Easter Egg. ;)

Don't worry about it if any of the sites are not up, or you can't find a particular easter egg. You can still send in the postcard.

Did the contest end May 15 and was the grand prize winner announced?

The folks at Creative Magic are trying to figure that out now. I don't know anything else at the moment.
