The seller refuses to provide a refund. He claims that since he listed it as a "reprint", it was not deceptive. My position is that a xerox is not a reprint.

My understanding is that authorized copies were still signed by Marlo and that it was printed on both sides, not just bad one sided xeroxes.

Xeroxed Marlo Magazine: What would you do?
So 2 weeks ago, I was able to snag an original Marlo Magazine #2, signed by Marlo and from Jay Marshall's estate. Yesterday I wasn't so lucky. Purchased Marlo Magazine #3 off of ebay. The listing claimed to be a reprint, but what I got instead was a binder with one sided xeroxed copies of the magazi...

"box with a trapdoor in the top,"
The reason you see the trapdoor is that she actually looks at her feet as she steps around it when she get on the box. She is clearly stepping around something when she gets on it, as if she is trying to avoid the trap door.

I'm sure this data is either not available or it has been discussed but it occurred to me while reading the 1902 ad for EATCT in the Sphinx that Erdnase was most likely a subscriber to The Sphinx. Re: Any Reason to think the signature isn't real?
I would assume that since it was going to Jay Marshall that it was an original printing, assuming the signature is legit, and the date of the signature is just the next month after it was printed according to the the copyright. I'll assume it is legit unless someone tells me otherwise.

I just picked up a copy of Marlo's Magazine #2 on ebay. I know there are fakes out there but it just arrived and it certain seams authentic. The suggestion not to unsubscribe from all spam is an outdated one. It might have had some legitimacy in their early 2000's but today there is little downside in unsubscribing. If the "spam" is delivered by any of the major Email Service Providers (ESP's) then you will be unsubscribed. Rea...

My guess on why you don't see more of this is that the risks of anesthesiology are not as great as they where back in the 50's and 60's. I'm not a doctor but that is my guess. The Mayo Clinic became famous because they used hypnotic induction with every patient and dramatically reduced the rate of p...
