Jamie,visited your site, loved the AIP and the one inch campains. Even an inch of encouragemet can help sometimes. You should have a web link or blog link posted on the inch, Or put the "one inch" tag line for your web page and have a bunch of folks hit it for you so it puts you on the top...

made a flash paper cannon with copper tube from hobby lobby and a 9v battery. use a model airplane glow plug to ignite a small wad if flash paper which in turn ignites your main ball. how you pack it will affect it's flight. the small wad just gets good contact on the wire, the large ball should fly...

as a folder of origami, and having seen a most excellent torn and restored news paper trick, i was informed by the magician that newspapers over seas are often just single page inserts instead of our folded variety. this can affect you if you plan presentations out of the 50 states.

we used to take a foot of red or yellow yarn and knot one end and thread it into a ketchup or mustard bottle for april fools day...people react when they see "mustard and ketchup" flying toward them...not as long as silly string but certainly reusable.
