Re: Scribble by Jeff Prace

Thanks for the great review, Tom! I am very glad you liked the magic - even with your strong grudges against Apple products. :) I have been working on this principle since I published the beginning concept in Genii over 3.5 years ago. The original set-up completely disabled your device; you were un...

Accordion Force Credit?

Hey guys, I am researching an old method for forcing, and I need your help regarding the original creator and publication. Basically, you have some sort of paper object folded into an accordion pattern; so opposite ends are both open. On one end, you would have all different pages, and the other end...

Re: Magic Camp Movie

Magic camp is so much more than "teaching secrets," and that's why the kids who attend are likely to stay in magic - even if it's not professionally. Plus, all of the kids who sign up already have a high interest in the art, otherwise they would never even consider a magic camp. There are...

Re: Copperfield on Today show

Yes, I was very humbled that David recognized that I created the trick. Kayla's routine definitely took guts, and it certainly paid off. Watching the video, it all looked quite good. We were given minimal time to talk with the camera men, so I would assume nothing was 100% as we would have liked it....

Re: Copperfield on Today show

Hey Doug, thanks for the comments! Yes, it was odd that they didn't ask me any questions. The producers told me that if no questions were asked to just start performing immediately. The other two magicians were great. Kayla was very brave to do sleight-of-hand on live TV, and Ben's use of the Today ...

Re: Torn and Restored Card credit?

I couldn't find a physical copy of that book for sale in my price range, but I downloaded the PDF from Lybrary. I am asking about a two of the same cards stuck together with adhesive used for a torn and restored card. This card can be forced on the spectator.
