Brad Henderson said; " steve Brooks shut down the cafe because greg wilson, an advertiser, insisted upon it after unflattering comments on the WMS review show about his ACAAN pre release ". Really Brad? That's just ridiculous, even for you - 'nuff said. At any rate, everything is b...

Re: I Join Those Banned from The Magic Cafe

This is my last post on the matter: I am out of the country, my mother is on life support and has but a few hours to live. Strange as it may seem I do have a personal life and right now there are more important issues at hand than arguing with magicians about what is right or wrong in the internet m...

Re: I Join Those Banned from The Magic Cafe

Gentlemen, As I am currently out of the country I do not know all the particulars concerning Richard's banning but will investigate when I return home sometime after Easter. Whichever mod did the ban left the following explanation: Explicit profanity and constant derogatory remarks. Again, since I a...

Re: Library Organization and Software Recommendations Please

I see a lot of great suggestions here. My magic library does not compare to some of you, but I do have several hundred books to manage. That said, I'm a Mac kind of guy and found BookPedia to be the perfect program for organizing my library. There is a trial version with the full edition costing onl...

Rumors that Morgan left because of health reasons are simply not true and yes, Morgan is currently planning a tour which may include stops in Ireland.

As magicians you should all know that things are not always as they may appear. ;)

I apologize Richard if my post appeared a bit sarcastic. I imagine my tone had something to do with people assuming my guest this week was done because of all the recent Erdnase discussions...that would be further from the truth.

Not that it matters in the scheme of things, but the visit by S.W.ERDNASE at the green place has been in the works for at least three years and has nothing whatsoever to do with the so-called recent interest in the man or his work.

Thank you.

Ordered mine thru Amazon (a bargain price and near free shipping) and it arrived via UPS a couple days ago with no damage whatsoever.

A beautiful book that will no doubt command high prices in the years to come.

That said, it's a shelf breaker for sure.
