Re: Library Organization and Software Recommendations Please

I see a lot of great suggestions here. My magic library does not compare to some of you, but I do have several hundred books to manage. That said, I'm a Mac kind of guy and found BookPedia to be the perfect program for organizing my library. There is a trial version with the full edition costing onl...

Re: Morgan Strebler Vanishes from Myrtle Beach

Rumors that Morgan left because of health reasons are simply not true and yes, Morgan is currently planning a tour which may include stops in Ireland.

As magicians you should all know that things are not always as they may appear. ;)

Re: ERDNASE

I apologize Richard if my post appeared a bit sarcastic. I imagine my tone had something to do with people assuming my guest this week was done because of all the recent Erdnase discussions...that would be further from the truth.

Re: ERDNASE

Not that it matters in the scheme of things, but the visit by S.W.ERDNASE at the green place has been in the works for at least three years and has nothing whatsoever to do with the so-called recent interest in the man or his work.

Thank you.

Re: Hold 'Em Magic

Tom, Coming from you and the other notables I have no doubt this book will rock and I'm looking forward to reading it. :) You said; " The book will be soft-bound with 197 pages and 110 photographs. It will probably sell in the $40 - $50 range ". At that price range I'm surprised Andi and t...

Re: Trouble getting on Magic Cafe

Well folks, the idiot script kiddies were at it again and as a result we took the Magic Caf off-line to do a bit of clean-up. ;) Those of you who entered the site and saw the grey box asking for a username and password - don't panic! We placed that there as a quick security measure while we were wor...

Re: New Steinmeyer/Caveney History of Magic Book Almost Shipping

Ordered mine thru Amazon (a bargain price and near free shipping) and it arrived via UPS a couple days ago with no damage whatsoever.

A beautiful book that will no doubt command high prices in the years to come.

That said, it's a shelf breaker for sure.

Re: I wonder if Jerry Camaro had this problem?

Ian, No offense is taken. Jerry was a good friend and I tend to be a little defensive of my friends, especially those who are no longer with us. I admit that when I first saw the topic starter I was a bit concerned. Given the light tone that has followed I see that concern was not warranted. I apolo...

Mr.Kendall,
I am curious. What exactly are you implying here?
Jerry and I were like brothers and spent much time together. I just don't see the connection between the link and Jerry Camaro. Perhaps I just misunderstood your post?

Re: World Magic Seminar ?

For me and many others, attending any magic gathering means seeing friends and sharing ideas - anything else (lectures, shows, etc) are just icing on the cake.
