I requested a refund after a few emails. After what I thought were excuses he explained he is a "one man show," apologized, and gave me the refund. I suggest that if anybody has any problems with waiting that they should ask for a refund.

I received a refund after about 3 or 4 emails. The going back and forth over free stuff, etc. It came down to "I want my refund. This is the last email you will receive from me." and I got my refund with, what I believe was a sincere apology. Personally, I think he is honest to the extent ...

If Steve is ex-military have him check the V.A. to see what and if any benefits he and his wife may be entitled to. A friend of mine was paying $160 a month for medications until I told him to check the V.A.

Barnes & Noble is have a 50% discount on all Criterion including their Eclipse series. The discount does not apply to pre-orders. I think the sale ends Aug. 2.

It is not The Magic Castle. There are steps down the middle isle. The only rooms that have steps are the Close-up room and the Parlour and neither of them have the steps down the middle.
