Re: New: Roberto Giobbi's Secret Twitter

Although I understand some of the objections, such as if your device belongs to someone else and that there may be rules, I am flabbergasted by the aversion to Twitter. I loathe Facebook, but have found Twitter to be an amazingly user friendly app. That Roberto elected to distribute his daily stuff ...

Re: Your View: ebooks or printed books?

I vote for books, even though I love having favorites available on my iPad. For the present, John LeBlanc's idea of buying a hardback and getting a free digital version is the ideal. The last music CD and the last season of True Blood that I bought came that way. Very nice. Long term, we just can't ...

Re: Tom Stone: Runes of Tomorrow

I've had my money's worth from the Invisible Palm Aces trick alone, fooling myself visually all weekend. It opens the door to many variations (the obvious being a straight Elmsley count, an Olram subtlety, an Andrus single card vanish). Yes, big hardbound books are a more-bang-for-the-buck purchase,...

Hi, Scott. In your interview with Joan Lawton, you asked her if Don Lawton ever performed in the Closeup Gallery. I like Darcy's act. He has a great look, and the ending surprised me. Very clever, original bits such as the juggling balls to doves. And he was the ...
