Re: FISM 2012 - my experience.
Fism 2012 an opinion. I received my 150 book, which turned out to be another Derek Lever publication. I didnt see this advertised as such anywhere in advance, I knew I would receive a hardback book with 150 value, but assumed (as this was FISM, not Blackpool Magic) that this would be something of v...

In that case, please forgive my post. When the original poster said that he was ordering "one Origami Illusions (used)", I wrongly assumed that, since it was from Snap, it WAS Snap.

According to the seller, this one is #469 of 500. To my eye the cover appears green. I have seen copies that are black - are these the knockoffs? In addition to the original and the Al Mann knockoff, I also have a black, softbound version that is photocopied, one-side. As far as I know, these are t...

Update: Just found out Michael Caine is in this movie. That opens intersting possibilities for intercutting with the Batman films and The Prestige as well. Perhaps add a few clips from both versions of Sleuth and we've got something intersting. And "Blame it on Rio"... Or, maybe not... ;)

Donal, thank you for sharing that story. Chris's one-upsmanship and the prevalence of such things as sticking your hand into an animal trap and putting a nail gun against your head pretty much made me fast forward through those parts.
