I hate to ruin the love festival going on in here but does anyone know if L&L will issue a slip case for all 5 volumes to go in? A short answer should suffice, then you can get back to your discussion on intellectual property and the like. No slipcase on the board but there is a deluxe set with...

Self evidently the market in magic says "yes" and vigorously defends it's right to continue to do so. Next question - is the ability to disrespect others a trick we value above entertaining audiences? Just what sort of magicians does that make us? Anyway - back to the Cervon notebooks (an...

Hello Tederic!
I am preparing to weigh in on your auctions. However, my budget is a bit pinched at the moment.
I would bid on higher priced things if you wouldn't mind taking some of these California I.O.Us off my hands in payment and at par.
Think it over.
Your Friend,
Mike Carr

Speaking of Life Savers, is the 'agreement' stated in the front of that book at all enforceable? It was a joke? Entering into a contract, even one memorialized by a writing and signed under seal, do not make these provisions enforceable under the U.C.C. and/or any laws of the several states.
