Point of ignorance here: Jim made long and short neck versions of his Ultimate Salt pour? I know each one was spun individually, and he does lots of custom stuff, and he actively integrates improvements as he goes...but I didn't know he actively made multiple versions of that gimmick. Really? Erik

Hi Mark, et al, I always thought that the format of "Impromptu" encouraged the sort of thought required for good magic. Are you familiar with Mortimer Adler's "How to Read A Book" ? Adler contended that the way to make a book your own...to really engage with the book and allow it...

Dustin, et al, For Genii: (Every month) I read Genii Speaks, first. Maybe it's just me, but I enjoy the fact that Teller doesn't talk in the act. It is, after all, an act. It's a delightful study in deliberate contrast. Alain Nu has a delightful solution.
Seek his XXX Hardcore or Karr's Mystery School volume.
Warning: It's WORK and it is focused on Zodiac signs...with an increased probability of a hit on the actual birthday. But if you're up to it....it's truly magic.
