A typo has been fixed in the manuscript:

Arthur's switch is great -- it is my favorite new toy!

Actually, the Hampton Ridge video is quite good.

Produced in 1997, it features Troy Hooser...and one of the moves is true Hooser style (when the 3rd ball appear on top of the cup).
