Psychedelic Magic

Hi guys, I recently attended the Psychedelic Science conference in Oakland. It was an educational, entertaining, magical trip of the highest order. I dare not say more about the activities that occurred. But as a psychotherapist and avid psychonaut, I must direct your attention to a wondrous tool th...

That's cool of USPCC to create a magic section on their site. Charlie, you knew that mentioning hypercards would compel me to respond! Pavlov would be proud and drooling. I wrote the standard reference guide of hypercards, The HyperCard Project. (2006). I still have a handful of copies of the second...

Fred,

Have you tried a cheap, non-permanent marker? If you structure your handling to ensure that neither you nor your participant touch the signature, it will remain "wet" during your performance. Afterward, simply wipe the ink off of the gimmick.

Ah yes, Koro. It’s a culture-specific syndrome seen most frequently in Asia and the Middle East. It’s typically preceded by feelings of depersonalization, which ...

Hi guys, While rooting around in an old box of magic stuff, I found three Phoenix-back cards that are 4 inches long by 3 inches wide - an odd size. The Aces of Hearts has a Three of Clubs index in the lower right corner. The Two of Clubs is a regular card. The third card is a Three of Clubs with an ...
