Re: Glue for playing cards?

I have no idea where you can find one and I don’t have myself, but Todd Lassen made the Lassen Card Gaffing Genii which was specifically designed to make gaffs using dry mount from poker sized cards using the genii and an iron to provide the heat.

Re: Card Craft

The USPS completed the”last mile” of the delivery today after UPS got it in their hands Thursday morning. No complaints here. It arrived in perfect condition and I’ll be buried in it for quite a while.

Thanks, Richard, for making this available.

Re: Card Craft

UPS app updated the delivery date to today (12/27) but it hasn’t arrived as of 2pm. It was received in Fife,WA at 7:28 am (107 miles north of me). Given it was listed as leaving Rossford, OH on 12/22, I’m pretty sure the blizzard conditions affecting both I-90 & I-94 caused the delay.

I use Queen Victoria pennies and have a bunch that I acquired over a period of about 10 years, most from Todd Lassen, who reduced them to fit in a half dollar shell and used some to make some other gaffs. They were in various states of patina and since they were reduced, the edge patinas had been re...

Speaking of using fatter wedges to do this trick. Show them the same. Snap one and show ho...

The Cliff Green technique (seems that he was the first, using this in the '20s or '30s) involves no overt finger movement. The activity of the left first finger is not only under the deck, it's very slight. It also doesn't fail. Using your left pinky to pull down those cards one at a time involves ...

I’d never read Martin Gardener’s presentation before and was surprised that he covered the dime with a quarter to hide the actual “penetration”. I’ve never seen it performed that way.
