Has anyone ever seen the documentary Oldtimer's Night?

Re: Cool Stuff in Old Geniis

I agree with the Bertram issue. I'm wondering if I'm the only person that doesn't have all of the 1998 issues. I seem to only have 3 different issues from that year. I was looking for the August issue an noticed that it wasn't there.

I was reading Giobbi's "on the theory of magic" essay this month and I might be wrong but I think it should have read essay 7 not 6. I think 6 was back a few months.

Sounds like a great time. I was there for the first three and the Apple gave me a life time of memories. Its the biggest thing miss about California. Brent has always been a great friend. My magic life began the day I walked into the Apple and having that outlet to explore ideas with other like mind...

Re: How to stick a coin in a German Box?

I use wax in the very middle. Just a tiny little ball. When I want to remove it I press on the top of the coin at 9 and 3 o'clock with my thumbs, with fingers underneath while twisting the coin. It comes right out. I find it works the best. Once I had to put a lighter underneath to heat the wax a li...

Re: Wanted: Legendary Repertoire of Michael Skinner, vol. 1&2

I seem to remember a great clip of Michael Skinner in 1974 on the tonight show, performing the card in wallet, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Knowing he was 26 or 27 at the time makes it all that much better. His attitude makes him come off as someone a bit older. He was on the tonight show t...

I just received an email from L&L publishing stating that they have Additional copies of the castle notebooks that they Are selling for 25% off. Am I wrong in thinking that there is something wrong about this. They state that they are over-run copies, but that to me doesn't matter. I believe we ...

Or the guys' team is brilliant. That was absolutely amazing. They made this from scratch.
Has John Gaughan developed his own automatons? Does he build them for other magicians around the world?
Always wanted to know that.

Re: Larry Jennings New Book?

Do you have any idea on how long until Jennings? After editing, is there much more? Berglas and Jennings would be quite a year!

Sorry for the redundancy in the question.
