I am not sure but the only thing I remember is the principle to miss call a card or show for example an eight but in reality is a seven by hidden the index and the card is half put in the deck (the cards I mentioned are only for reference)

I agree with Philippe the most memorable issue was Volume 64 number 1 January 2001. Dai Vernon issue was also really great.
But now then I still hold the Hofzinser issue November 2005 I think is the best one!!

I think with just some thoughts you may adapt the wonderful Gipsy Thread routine, at your request.
You can make more memorable it by using the patter of five senses.
Look at The Fine Art of Magic by George Kaplan for an interested handling.
