"Long Range Telepathy" by Sam Schwartz and "Time Zoned" by Fr. Cyprian can both be found in Karl Fulves's Bob Hummer's Collected Secrets.

Fulves noted that although the Schwartz routine was published in the sixties, it was created around a decade earlier by someone else.

Getting back to the erasable pens, I just tried marking some dollar bills. It works great! If you ever need to return an initialed bill in unmarked condition, these pens are the perfect thing.
