Help me reprint antiquarian books
Not exactly sure if this is the right forum but I will post anyway. I own antiquarian bartender cocktail guides going back to the late 1800s. I am seeking someone to help me reprint them for sale. I have over a dozen prior to 1923 and several more where I assume the copyright does not apply anymore ...

Theft & Copyright Infringement on YouTube
The question deals specifically with Youtube since it is so rampant. It seems like too many YouTubers reveal marketed effects and moves without impunity. At the same time I notice a couple of magicians who's work rarely, if ever, gets revealed. Some videos are taken down for copyright infringement a...

smoke/fire/sparks from hand items
I'd like to get some input here sine it has been awhile since visiting a magic shop. I'm looking for an apparatus to produce smoke, fire, light or sparks from the hand [or object of choice] during a performance. I figure I will be spending between $50-200. I'm not thinking of flash paper or pro-glow...

I put this post up years ago and am seeking an update. I am seeking feedback on the impact of the 'state' designed quarters and other newly designed USA coins that impact one's choice of effect themes or use of gaffed coins. For instance, can we do a 'Winged Silver' when wings have turned to State e...

Yes, I think Fading Coin is the effect [that I also believe was in one the old pulp/Gardner type books] but I am looking for the Eugene Burger comments in his issue or [an] issue that came a few months later because I remember him opening with a comment on how this guy's effect was a 'sleeper' effec...

This is not a new discussion. I've seen shades of this topic covered over many years. I've always thought if the stigma or perhaps even a certain amount of respect was attached to the terms of 'amateur' or 'enthusiast' with regards to the level of skill or involvement (as a career) to being a magici...

Hi Jon,
Not sure if this is a reply to your exact inquiry (design vs submission) but go to The iTunes Store and there is a link on how to submit your App for any Apple product whether you intend to charge for it or not. It is along the left hand side, I believe.

Nope I disagree. The pair of performers with the moves, the legit vs. comical jobs suitable for - it all points to them being magicians. Also, SNL has never taken a favorable view of magicians with the profession and the very few acts appearing getting the brunt of their comic club. I recall reading...

How about the traditional ways of using it in a great demo routine or having a well-known use it and then everyone will want one - especially if it simple to use and versatile. Mass marketing and profitability is another aspect but get a crowd to like it and create the demand. If it is an easy demo ...
