Ross Bertram has some excellent Double Lifts in the Magic Ltd. books, especially the one also on page 43 in David Ben's "Tricks" (a great book).

Re: Eddie Fechter's Magic at the Forks Hotel
Mr Lelekis' despicable, insulting, ignorant implication that my very good friend Harrison Carroll is inexperienced has been shot down by others (I was not able to post yesterday) and of course in working at the Forks he would have seen Eddie perform hundreds of times. Furthermore it is apparent that...

Richard,
John and I spoke of publishing as an e-book after I had prepared it for printing—design, typography—but family not yet ready to discuss. Would you like to publish in paper? After you have seen it.
Roger has left last place details I had and I'm now trying to trace him.

Marco, It could cause friendly notoriety and be good P.R. for you as a performer.
Strangers, on hearing that Charles Reynolds was a magician living in Greenwich Village, would be told that there was some guy who lived there and actually had a Mummy in his hall!

June 23. I have been awaiting this date to pose a question. As a great admirer of Mike Skinner I appreciated Roberto's comments on "Classic Sampler". However he regards "The Cutting Edge" as worth the price of the book and I could not understand it. Then I wondered, is it a spoof...

I agree with Richard 100% about Slydini's One Coin Routine. He performed it for me, across a table, one-on-one. Then I could not see the coin anywhere and I was definitely certain that he had not lapped it. He pointed it out to me on the table, right in front of me, under my nose. "You know why...

I, too, am awaiting a reply. Some years ago when this happened it was because of the filters Martinka have on their mail, I was told. Reason now is probably work pressure although my e-mail was sent well before the Christopher auction.
