I spoke to John last night about the book at the Magic Inc convention wrap party and he told me they were almost finished. He didn't mention a timeline, but I didn't get the idea it was too far off. By the way, we are a week away from John's 80th birthday!

It is also a a very interesting image, with deep rich colors in gorgeous condition. It was truly breathtaking in person. The association value with the inscription and signature just makes it more desirable.

It was my favorite or the day based on an aesthetic scale.

Actually, Newton Hall is credited as Jay's teacher in the egg skin production process. Just one of the many facts you'll learn in this great book about the man you thought you knew already!
