Re: Beginner
A lot of people probably don't want me to say this but the Easy to Master Card Magic series by Michael Ammar is a good starting point for cards. Just be sure you come up with you own presentations for the effects - as all of the rest of us did when we were learning. <!-- m --><a class="po...

4 Card Productions
Hello all, I'm looking for references to different types of 4 card productions. I'm interested in any productions which being from these different starting points: All 4 cards on top of deck, 3 on top, 1 on bottom; 2 on top, 2 on bottom; 1 on top, 3 on bottom; and all 4 on bottom. I realize it is an...

Hollingworth Paper Clips and Jet Coins
Has anyone been able to find the paper clips Hollingworth mentions in his book online or in the US?
Also, is there anything else out there from the creator of Jet Coins?
Thanks for any info.
Michael

Re: One Card Changes
Carl, Thanks for the info. I've got Gene Maze's bottom dealing book (whose method I employ) but that's it. Any other stuff out there you can recomend? As for the Tenkai palm, that's what I'm trying to find an alternative for. I'm simply trying to find another method for when Tenkai won't work. Dave,...

One Card Changes
I'm looking for any references to a one card change. At the end of a routine I'm working on I'm left with a double card I need to change. I'm looking for alternatives to the snap change, the spin changed detailed in the Earl Nelson issue of Genii, and anything where I have to bring the deck into pla...

Re: Are Magic Shops Obsolete?
Could someone list the good magic shops in Orange County, CA. Hollywood Magic and Brad Burt's in San Diego are a bit far of a drive for me. Thanks for any info.

Re: A Loaded Question for the Readers of Genii
Ricahrd I would like to see the long awaited Guy Hollingworth coin routine I've been waiting the last 4 years for. Any other coin work along the lines of jet coins is also always a plus. Enough of the 3-Fly plot. I also think it would be interesting to see reader contributed effects (read: unknown m...

Powerful Opener
Hello all, I'm looking for a powerful opener along the lines of John Carney's "Mercurial Cards". I've performed Mercurial Cards for awhile, but I'm begining to tire of it. I'm looking for something that doesn't need a spectator to select a card and I don't mind if there is a set up involve...

Re: Best of Magicana - 2001
Great Richard,
Good to hear, I look forward to seeing the effect in print. Not suprised at all that it's long and complex - should be interesting.

Re: Best of Magicana - 2001
Richard, Any chance you're ever going to print that Hollingworth coin routine I asked about a few years ago (right after Drawing Room Deceptions came out)? You even printed the letter in which I asked about the effect in Genii. I'm still very interested in seeing Guy's routining (sp?) and creativity...
